• Guest Information: Names, phone numbers and booking dates submitted by guests through your booking website.
• Payment Information: Phone numbers used to initiate M-Pesa or Airtel Money subscription payments. We do not store PINs or banking credentials.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

• Power your custom booking website and dashboard.
• Trigger automated WhatsApp messages (confirmations, check-in info and cleaner reminders).
• Process subscription payments and verify payment status.
• Send essential account notifications and technical support updates.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your data or your guests' personal details to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers required to operate the platform:

• Communication Providers: WhatsApp API infrastructure to deliver automated guest and housekeeping messages.
• Payment Processors: Telecom networks (Safaricom M-Pesa, Airtel Money) to complete billing requests.

4. Guest Data Handling

Hosts are the primary owners of their guest records. Host Sasa acts as a software processor to facilitate booking workflows. Guests who book through a host's site should contact the host directly regarding their personal booking records.

5. Security

We use industry-standard encryption and secure connections to protect your account and listing data. While no internet service is 100% secure, we actively monitor and update our infrastructure to prevent unauthorized access.

You may request to access, update or delete your account information at any time by contacting our support team.
